TAM BRAZIL AIRPASS is an aerial ticket created for foreign passengers and Brazilian residents in the outside that want to travel by Brazil in the flights operated by TAM being paid an attractive tariff.

In order to buy TAM BRAZIL AIRPASS it is necessary that the passenger buys an international ticket, roundtrip, with beginning outside Brazil and to a Brazilian city.

The possibilities for different destinies, or stopped, can be until a maximum of 9 cities for the trips in economic class. Therefore a coupon for each passage of flight will be necesarsio, “are stopped” or “connections”.

Tariffs in American dollars, turned to Euros to the change of the day of the emission. (*) Applicable whenever the international trip is made with any Air line with Bilateral Multilateral Agreement/of Traffic with JJ.

General conditions:

SHUTDOWNS AND CONNECTIONS: “Shutdowns” are considered the changes of flight and/or airport with more than 4 hours of interval between the arrivals and the exits, that is to say, when the passenger remains in an intermediate point more than 4 hours. “Connections” are considered the changes of flight and/or airport up to 4 hours of interval between the arrivals and the exits, that is to say, when the passenger remains in an intermediate point up to 4 hours. Each shutdown counts as “destiny”, therefore, the number of destinies that appears in the picture of tariffs is contanto from the number of shutdowns. It has limits of up to two connections between a shutdown and otr, that is to say, allows a maximum of three coupons to connect the shutdowns of the itinerary.

DEMURRAGE PRINCIPLE: 30 days. Telling from the day that the first flight is realized.

IT PRICES CHILDREN: Smaller children 100% of the tariff/of two years 10% of the adult tariff.

Tax exemption of luggage:
For the domestic flights that include/understand the Airpass, the same tax exemption of ticket will be respected international.
By each kilo of excess, 1% will be received (one percent), of the tariff in economic class normal, applicable to the flown section.

Period of Emission and Travels:
Emission: from the 28 of March of 2010.
Trip: from the 28 of March of 2010.

Reimbursements/cancellations:
Before the beginning of the trip: Total reimbursement with position of USD 100 + expenses of management.
After initiating the trip: Nonreimbursable. The partial return is not allowed.
