	TRIPS TO CHILE: ASCENT VOLCANO EYES OF THE SALTY ONE Few places in the world are us in a so wild and imposing state as it is the zone of the volcano Eyes of the Salty one. To be here is to be transported to times previous to the appearance of the human beings and the dinosaurios. It is like returning to the origin of everything. The mountain range of the $andes no longer is formed by mountainous cords but by volcanic cones that surpass the 6000 ms of height. It is the zone of Chile with greater concentration of “seismiles”. Some still are active, as it is the case of the volcano Eyes of the Salty one that are the active volcano more stop of the world. Near its summit to the 6500 ms a fumarola in the form of spurt exists. Also we found lagoons of a very intense color emerald, that strongly resists with the Earth color and volcanos. In these lagoons he is frequent to find great flocks of flamenco, cornudas ivory palms, ducks and some guanaco that approaches to drink water. He is incredible the power of adaptation of the nature to survive in this atmosphere that during the night can arrive at - 25ºC and the 130 winds reach km/h. This ascent does not have technical difficulties but it has the problem of the height reason why a good acclimatization is due to realize. Two refuges in the passage to the summit exist: University of Atacama to 5100 msnm, and the refuge Caesar 5750 Disks to msnm.
